Swan Land Company, based in Bozeman, MT, was hired to sell Jane Fonda’s historic ranch property just northeast of Santa Fe, NM. The 2,300± acre property featured 3.5 miles of private Pecos River frontage, a piñon-, juniper- and ponderosa-dotted landscape that reaches elevations of 7,158 feet, a variety of wildlife, equestrian facilities, a hacienda and guest home as well as a stunning main home abutted by national forest and only 25 minutes from Santa Fe’s Historic Plaza. The property was listed for $19,500,000 and sold for an undisclosed amount. The PR efforts around this listing included protecting and controlling the message around Fonda’s intentions in selling the property, promoting the listing agency and protecting the identity of the buyer, who preferred to remain anonymous.
